Animal Waste Incinerator – BSI-ST Series
Products Details
Animal Waste Incinerator – BSI-ST Series is designed for the safe and efficient destruction of animal waste generated from livestock farms, poultry operations, veterinary applications, slaughterhouses, and other animal waste disposal projects. This series is developed to provide a reliable incineration solution for waste streams that may present risks to human health, biodiversity, and the environment because of their origin and composition. Biowas Makina positions this incinerator as a solution for secure waste elimination with strong safety and performance characteristics.
The BSI-ST Series adopts a static two-chamber combustion design, which is a practical and proven structure for animal waste destruction. The incineration process is based on controlled combustion in the presence of a specific quantity of oxygen. Combustion is used to eliminate different types of waste in a nearly complete way, with an efficiency rate of about 97%. The essential principle of the system is the generation of a very high-temperature flame, reaching up to 1100°C, which supports effective thermal exchange and improves destruction performance. This high-temperature approach helps ensure reliable waste reduction and more thorough combustion of animal waste materials.
Another key advantage of the BSI-ST Series is its robust construction. The animal waste incinerator is built with steel structure, giving the unit strong mechanical resistance and long-term durability. In addition, the refractory material used inside the incinerator is a combination of concrete and refractory bricks, which provides effective thermal insulation and helps the unit maintain stable high-temperature operation. This construction is important because animal waste treatment projects often require dependable equipment that can operate under demanding field conditions while maintaining good combustion efficiency
The BSI-ST incinerator includes two combustion chambers. The first chamber is used to burn the animal waste and reduce it to ash. This chamber includes an access door with emergency stop, a lower hatch for ash recovery, a combustion burner with automatic temperature controller, a temperature probe, an air fan, and a control box. The second chamber is used to burn the fumes generated from the first chamber and is designed with a 2-second residence time. It includes an inspection hatch, a burner with automatic temperature control, and a probe for better control of the temperature produced inside the chamber. This two-stage design improves combustion quality and helps reduce incomplete burning.
From a performance and environmental point of view, Biowas Makina incinerators are specially designed for optimal combustion efficiency, ensuring complete waste elimination while reducing undesirable side effects. It specifically notes that this method helps eliminate the possibility of unwanted odors, harmful acidic emissions, and the release of viruses and bacteria in the exhaust gases. This makes the BSI-ST Series a suitable solution for users who need reliable animal waste disposal together with improved sanitary control and environmental protection.
Because project needs vary, the BSI-ST Series is available in the same capacities as the BSI Series, allowing users to select the most suitable destruction capacity according to actual treatment demand. This flexibility makes the series suitable for both moderate-capacity and larger-capacity animal waste treatment projects. For outdoor installations, a steel structural support frame can be specially designed, although it is not included in the standard commercial offer.

How does the Animal Waste Incinerator work?
The Animal Waste Incinerator – BSI-ST Series works through a controlled two-stage combustion process. Animal waste is loaded into the first chamber, where it is exposed to high-temperature combustion in the presence of a controlled amount of oxygen. In this stage, the waste is thermally decomposed and reduced to ash. The steel body, refractory lining, burner, air fan, and temperature control components help maintain stable combustion conditions and support efficient heat transfer inside the chamber.
The fumes generated in the first chamber then pass into the second chamber, where they are treated again under high temperature. This second chamber is designed with a 2-second residence time, allowing more complete burning of the gases and improving overall destruction performance. The use of a separate second chamber helps improve combustion quality and supports better sanitary and environmental results. The treated gases are then discharged through the chimney.
Application and Case
Animal Waste Incinerator – BSI-ST Series is suitable for:
- Livestock farms
- Poultry farms
- Slaughterhouses
- Veterinary centers
- Animal carcass disposal projects
