Advanced Incineration Technology
Biowas Makina incinerators are built using a double-chamber combustion system that ensures complete and controlled waste destruction. The primary chamber initiates the combustion process, while the secondary chamber performs post-combustion to neutralize gases produced during the first phase.
The secondary chamber operates at temperatures above 800°C and up to 1100°C, ensuring sufficient gas residence time for complete oxidation and elimination of harmful compounds. This process allows our systems to achieve destruction efficiencies of approximately 97%, ensuring reliable and safe waste treatment.
To further minimize environmental impact, our systems integrate advanced emission treatment technologies such as wet gas scrubbing systems. These systems cool, filter, and chemically neutralize pollutants including acid gases and fine particles before releasing treated emissions into the atmosphere.
