The machine can include the autoclave chamber, built-in double-shaft shredder, automatic lifting and dumping device, vacuum system, PLC control cabinet, loading container, and maintenance platform. According to project requirements, it can also be combined with a steam boiler or steam generator and supporting waste container systems.

How does the Integrated Autoclave with Shredder work?

The Integrated Autoclave with Shredder works by combining pre-shredding and high-pressure steam sterilization in one enclosed pressure vessel. Medical waste is first loaded into the system through the automated lifting and dumping device. Inside the chamber, the built-in double-shaft shredder processes the waste to improve steam penetration and treatment uniformity.

After shredding, the waste undergoes sterilization under high temperature and pressure conditions.
