Mobile Medical Waste Incinerator – BMI Series
Products Details
Mobile Medical Waste Incinerator – BMI Series is designed for the safe on-site treatment of medical waste where a transportable and compact solution is required. It is suitable for healthcare facilities, temporary installations, remote locations, and emergency response projects that need reliable medical waste destruction with controlled emissions and practical field operation.
The BMI Series uses a double-chamber combustion system. The first chamber is used to burn medical waste and reduce it to ash under controlled combustion conditions. It includes an access door, an ash recovery section, a burner with automatic temperature control, a temperature probe, an air blower, and a control cabinet. The first chamber operates at 800°C to ensure stable primary combustion.
The second chamber is used for post-combustion of gases generated during the first stage. It is equipped with its own burner, inspection opening, and temperature monitoring system. The second chamber operates at 1100°C with a 2-second residence time, improving oxidation efficiency and supporting cleaner gas treatment before discharge.
The BMI Series is equipped with a wet emission treatment system designed for gas cooling, particle capture, and neutralization. The treatment process uses fine water mist generated through a high-pressure system, helping improve contact with fine particles, support fume cooling, and reduce water consumption. The system is also designed to reduce equipment size and improve overall operating efficiency.
The series also integrates technical features that support combustion performance and emission control, including an oxygen generator, air-air heat exchanger, water-air injection, and steam generator. These elements help improve thermal efficiency, combustion stability, and downstream emission treatment while maintaining a compact mobile configuration.
The BMI Series is available in only two models: BMI-50 and BMI-80. This focused range makes it suitable for projects that require a mobile medical waste incinerator with practical transportability, controlled thermal treatment, and compact installation.

How does the Mobile Medical Waste Incinerator work?
The Mobile Medical Waste Incinerator – BMI Series works through a two-stage combustion process followed by wet gas treatment. Medical waste is loaded into the primary chamber, where it is burned at 800°C under controlled conditions. This stage reduces the waste to ash and initiates thermal destruction using a burner, controlled air supply, and temperature monitoring system.
The resulting gases then pass into the secondary chamber, where they are exposed to 1100°C for 2 seconds. This stage improves post-combustion of remaining gases and supports more complete thermal destruction. After that, the fumes enter the wet treatment section, where they are cooled and treated before final discharge.
Application and Case
Mobile Medical Waste Incinerator – BMI Series is suitable for:
- Hospitals
- Clinics
- Laboratories
- Healthcare centers
- Temporary medical facilities
- Emergency medical waste treatment projects
- Remote healthcare waste disposal operations
This series is especially suitable for projects that require mobile medical waste treatment, compact installation, and controlled emissions. With only two available capacities, 50 kg/h and 80 kg/h, the BMI Series provides a practical solution for on-site medical waste destruction where flexibility and transportability are important.
